Account Executive (Fresh grad is welcome !)

Company Overview

A well-established US Listed Group that is a strong player in its industry and has a presence globally. They just got listed and are looking to bring on board an excellent Account Executive to support their team in KL Eco City.

Job Description

1. Accessing, analyzing, and editing Excel documents
2. Documents financial transactions by entering account information
3. Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, and other financial reports
4. Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
5. Keep track of Accounts Payable and Receivables
6. Responsible for generating sales tax invoices to customers
7. Oversee tax matters with IRB and other government agencies (with the help of legal and tax consultants)
8. Manage banking matters
9. Oversee year-end financial audit

Requirements to Succeed

1. Bachelor's Degree
2. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
3. Skills: Accounting, Corporate Finance, Reporting, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, well-versed in IFRS & MFRS, Confidentiality, Time Management, Data Entry Management, General Math Skills, and knowledge of Malaysia Taxation matters
