Recording daily financial transactions including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable.
Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
Reconciling bank statements and financial records.
Assisting in the preparation of financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, etc.
Generating monthly reports on sales, expenses, and profit margins.
Analyzing financial data and identifying trends or discrepancies.
Handling reimbursements, petty cash, and staff claims.
Assisting in internal and external audits.
Ensuring compliance with local tax laws including SST and e-Invoicing.
Assisting in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
Education: At least Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U or Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, or related fields.
Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English (Mandarin proficiency is preferred as the role requires submitting reports to the China headquarters).
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Skills & Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel. Knowledge of SQL Accounting software is preferred. Familiarity with SST and e-Invoicing is an added advantage.
Highly motivated candidate with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and willingness to learn.
Must be able to work 5 days a week and accept overtime when necessary.
