Job description
  • Able to prepare a full set of monthly closing account, analysis and related report.
  • Prepare annual budget.
  • Monitoring bank book.
  • Prepare weekly cashflow.
  • Prepare yearly tax computation.
  • Prepare proposal for yearly sum insured of general insurance.
  • Accounts Payable, ensure payments comply with approval and documentation and perform data entries for invoice, payment voucher, credit note etc.
  • Ensure timely, proper accounting entries posting into the accounting system.
  • Responsible of petty cash reimbursement and prepare bank reconciliation.
  • Ensure timely and correct submission of SST and company tax instalment.
  • Liaison with internal and external parties such as auditor, tax agent, banker etc.
  • Carry out ad-hoc assignments as delegated by Finance Manager.

Requirements:

  • Possess minimum SPM/Advanced/Diploma in accounting or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu in both verbal and written.
  • Able to command in Chinese will be added advantage.
  • Required Skill(s): IFCA P Plus, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Great analytical skills.
  • Able to possess strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and responsible.
