Able to prepare a full set of monthly closing account, analysis and related report.
Prepare annual budget.
Monitoring bank book.
Prepare weekly cashflow.
Prepare yearly tax computation.
Prepare proposal for yearly sum insured of general insurance.
Accounts Payable, ensure payments comply with approval and documentation and perform data entries for invoice, payment voucher, credit note etc.
Ensure timely, proper accounting entries posting into the accounting system.
Responsible of petty cash reimbursement and prepare bank reconciliation.
Ensure timely and correct submission of SST and company tax instalment.
Liaison with internal and external parties such as auditor, tax agent, banker etc.
Carry out ad-hoc assignments as delegated by Finance Manager.
Requirements:
Possess minimum SPM/Advanced/Diploma in accounting or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu in both verbal and written.
Able to command in Chinese will be added advantage.
Required Skill(s): IFCA P Plus, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
Great analytical skills.
Able to possess strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and responsible.
