Job Title: Account Exe (AR & AP)

Salary Range: RM2500 - RM3200

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (Mon - Fri)

Working Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Senai 1, Senai, JB

Company Background: Supplier of oil palm fertilizer.

Job Description:

1. Data entry for cash book, journal and bank reconciliation.
2. Perform day to day accounts payables and accounts receivable in a timely manner.
3. Preparing Aging Report for Account Receivable and Account Payable.
4. Update collection and payment ledgers on a daily basis.
5. Monitoring Cash Flow on a daily basis.
6. Preparing Bank transaction documents.
7. Monthly stock taking & inventory checking.
8. Filing all the related documents.
9. Responsible for financial record keeping to record, check and process invoices, expenditures, receipts/payment and other financial transactions.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years AR & AP working experience.
2. Familiar with AutoCount accounting system.
3. Strong in MS Excel, Word, PPT.
