Account Executive

About the role

Join the dynamic finance team at RESQTEC ZUMRO ASIA SDN BHD as an Account Executive. This full-time position is based in Subang Jaya, Selangor, and will play a vital role in the company's financial accounting and reporting processes.

What you'll be doing

• Able to handle a full set of accounts.
• Handle RESQTEC Netherlands (HQ) finance-related functions including Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Accounting entries, payment transactions, staff claims, etc.
• Daily update Odoo System (ERP system) for Management information.
• To perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.

What we're looking for

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree or above in Finance/Accountancy or any equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years and above of working experience in the manufacturing field.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and reporting standards.
• Able to work under minimum supervision with a positive character and willing to take up new challenges.
• Self-motivated, responsible & willing to take multi-task challenges, with the ability to work towards deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Require language: English & Malay. Both spoken and written.
