About the role

AMS CONSULTANCY SDN BHD is seeking a full-time Account Executive to join our team in Glenmarie, Selangor. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive bookkeeping and accounting services to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients
2. Preparing and submitting periodic financial reports and statements
3. Handling payroll processing and management
4. Liaising with clients to address queries and provide accounting support
5. Assisting with tax planning and compliance
6. Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and procedures
7. Collaborating with the wider team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services

What we're looking for

1. Relevant degree or diploma in Accounting or a related field
2. 1-3 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, preferably in a professional services firm
3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
