Account Executive

Job Responsibility

1. To handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, and G/L.
2. To handle two accounts system.
3. To perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, daily cheque issuance, daily collection.
4. To submit management report as per deadline.
5. To update monthly ageing report.
6. To assist superior as required.
7. To perform any other ad-hoc assignment as required.
8. Handle day-to-day operations of accounting records & filing.

Job Requirements

1. Min. education requirement: LCCI.
2. At least 1-2 years of experience in related field.
3. Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
5. Aggressive and committed to work.
6. Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
7. Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-disciplined, and dedicated to work.
8. Good communication skills.
9. Able to start immediately or within short notice.
