About the role

CONDOLINK SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and accounts of our diverse client base across multiple industries. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your expertise in bookkeeping and small practice accounting.

What you'll be doing

• Performing a wide range of accounting duties including bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
• Providing support in the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings
• Collaborating with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored accounting solutions
• Assisting in the implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency
• Staying informed of changes in accounting regulations and best practices

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping or small practice accounting role
• Strong background in financial record-keeping, account reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Proficient in the use of accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Relevant accounting qualifications or certifications (e.g., ACCA, ICAEW, or CPA)
