Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our growing finance team at KIMTEH TRADING (M) SDN BHD. As a full-time position based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, this role will play a crucial part in the management of our company's accounts and financial operations.

What you'll be doing

• Handling full set of accounts.
• Documents financial transaction by entering account information.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information and other reports.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Deals directly with auditor.
• Other HOD tasks as and when required.
• Handling and monitor Cash sales report.
• Post accounting entries in Accounting System.

What we're looking for

• A diploma and bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in an Account Executive or similar role, preferably within the logistic & courier industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping processes.
• Proficiency in using accounting software (SQL/MILLION).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Malaysian accounting practices and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
