ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and motivated accounting professional to join our finance team.

Qualifications:

• Diploma, degree, or professional qualification in accounting or related field preferred
• Relevant working experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Autocount) and Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel)
• Good communication, inter-personal, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management and yearly financial reports
• Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation and records
• Accountable assistance in handling full set accounts and support for audit and tax purposes.
• Interact with sales team / customers / vendors inquiries
• Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned
