Account Executive

• Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance with established accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Accounts Management: Oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
• Audit Coordination: Liaise with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and ensure timely completion of audited financial reports.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, including income tax and SST, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
• Minimum Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies / Accounting or equivalent.
• Experience: 3–4 years’ experience in accounting will be an added advantage.
• Language Skills: Good command in both oral and written English and Mandarin.
• Technical Skills: Having knowledge in SQL Accounting System and being computer literate with skills in MS Office applications.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and able to handle different levels of people tactfully.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, result-oriented personality, and problem-solving skills.
