Account Executive
Job description
We are representing a well-known oil and gas company in Puchong. As they are expanding, they are looking for Account Executive to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing full set accounting
- Process and record customer invoices.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable.
- Review and approve vendor invoices.
- Process payments to suppliers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records.
- Post journal entries for various transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements with accounting records.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum with Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in Accounting or any relevant field
- 1-2 years of working experience in full set accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English due to business nature
Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm
