Account Executive

Position: Account Executive

Salary: RM 2,500 – RM 4,500

Location: No 6, Jalan Senang Ria, Taman Gembira, 58200 Kuala Lumpur.

Working Day: Monday – Friday (0900am – 1800pm)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the complete set of accounts and ensure timely month-end closing.
2. Handle payroll processing and ensure timely submission of EPF, SOCSO, and PCB.
3. Perform monthly bank reconciliation, AP, AR, and GL postings with precision.
4. Manage the company's SST requirements efficiently.
5. Maintain and update account records in accounting systems.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification such as LCCI, ACCA, CPA.
2. At least 1-2 years of experience in related fields.
3. Candidates with solid experience in accounting and payroll processes will be preferred.
4. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting.
5. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
