Account Executive

Description
We are looking for a competent and dedicated Account Executive to join our team. We are a growing organization that values its employees and provides a positive work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in reviewing / preparing full sets of account
2. Manage accounts payable and receivable
3. Prepare financial reports for management review
4. Assist in audit related matters
5. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
6. Support other accounting tasks as assigned by Account Manager

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum of a Degree in Accounting or related field (ACCA, etc.)
2. Preferably 2-3 years of experience in accounting
3. Experience with auditing processes will be an added advantage
4. Detail-oriented and accurate in work
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software such as MYOB and SQL
6. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team
7. Strong organizational and time management skills
8. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
