Account Executive

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Executive to join the team at hoong tze frozen sdn bhd in Kuala Lumpur. As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in the Accounting department, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the broader business objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
• Reconciling accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and reporting
• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial processes are efficient and effective
• Adhering to all relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedures

What we're looking for

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience working as an Account Executive or in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately
• Proficient in using accounting software (SQL) and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
