Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, including General ledger, account receivables, account payables, tax, and treasury.
• Involve with month-end closing & ensure the financial reports are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
• Responsible for preparation of tax estimation, audit schedules, and monthly analysis report for Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
• Prepare monthly accounts reconciliation activities and resolve accounting-related issues.
• Assist in various accounting matters, statutory reporting requirements, preparation of management report, annual budget, and forecast.
• Ensure the consistency, accuracy, and timely reporting of management information.
• Ensure all accounting and financial records, and procedures comply with the company’s policies & accounting standard procedures and related statutory and tax requirements.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks delegated by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum a diploma/degree in Accounting.
• Possess at least 1 year of working experience in Accounting.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiar with accounting software.
• Meticulous, organized & possess good analytical skills.
