Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily financial transactions, including billing, invoicing, and payment processes.
2. Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
3. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and assist in generating financial reports.
4. Monitor hospital cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting activities.
5. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and support audit preparations.
6. Collaborate with hospital departments to resolve billing discrepancies and maintain efficient financial operations.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or hospital environment.
3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
4. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
5. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
6. Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range
