Account Executive

Responsibilities

1. Bookkeeping and handling AR/AP accounts
2. Submit accounts for auditing
3. Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accountancy records
4. Ensure all accounting systems, practices, controls, and procedures are fully compliant with company policy
5. Liaise with other Departments to complete all month-end and year-end accounts closing
6. Coordinate with warehouse personnel for month-end stock take and reconcile any discrepancies
7. Manage accounting jobs assigned, ensuring all jobs are done diligently and in a timely manner
8. Able to handle internal audit functions
9. Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate party
10. Other ad-hoc tasks that require assistance to expedite office workflow

Requirements

1. Candidates must possess at least LCCI/Diploma/Degree in Account/Finance/Banking or equivalent.
2. Only Mandarin speakers (able to review documents and communicate with HQ located in China).
3. Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and responsible.
4. Good interpersonal skills, responsible, positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, multitask, and work independently.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
6. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
