ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare all payments, including payment by cheque, Bank finance TR/BA payments.
• Responsible for bank reconciliation and hire purchase monitoring payments.
• Responsible for staff claims, director claims, and worker wages.
• Assist in audit and tax preparation.
• Assist in liaison with bank officers on daily/operational banking matters.
• Assist in liaison with contractors/suppliers/operational/payment matters.
• Financial data entry and general bookkeeping.
• Ensure daily accounts functions and deadlines are met.
• Matching of accounting documents and other day-to-day operations of accounting functions.
• Other ad hoc company support administrative duties.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in accounting or professional qualification or relevant qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of working in the related field.
• Knowledge in Autocount system.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel, Word).
• Positive working attitude and responsible.
