Responsibilities:

• Checking proper documentation for all invoices and obtaining approval prior to payment.
• Managing principals and client aging payments.
• Responsible for managing a full set of accounts, including general accounting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Monitoring payment receivables from principals and clients.
• Ensuring all accounting records are properly updated, kept, and filed.
• Preparation of monthly reports (Balance Sheet / Profit & Loss / Cash Flow). Updating and reporting to directors in a timely manner.
• Liaising with auditors and other related divisions where necessary.
• Preparation of journals, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Handling and organizing office administrative work as well as undertaking any jobs assigned by superiors from time to time.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and firmness on every payment, whether receivable or payable.
• Mature knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
