Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Record and update daily transactions in accounting software.
  2. Prepare and maintain financial listings (Fixed Assets, Prepayments, Deposits, Accruals).
  3. Verify and resolve discrepancies in balance sheet accounts (Cash & Bank, Prepayment, Accruals, Provision).
  4. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  5. Analyse operational and accounting data for trends and variations.
  6. Prepare and review full sets of accounts.
  7. Consolidate Group Financial Statements.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to support financial goals.

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  2. 1 year of working experience in account executive or similar role is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  3. Familiarity with accounting systems and tools such as SQL, AutoCount, Excel, etc.
  4. Required language(s): English & Mandarin.
  5. Good time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
