Position: Account Executive

Location: Kawasan 18, 41400 Klang

Job Descriptions

1. To assist in preparing a full set of accounts, monthly financial and management reports.
2. To handle data entry and day to day accounting functions in relation to accounts receivable, accounts payable and the general ledger.
3. To assist in monthly cash flow forecast.
4. To assist in the preparation of annual audit and company tax compliance to the mandatory requirements.
5. To perform other related jobs as assigned by the Management from time to time.
6. Liaise with bankers, auditors, and tax agents on company-related matters.

Job Requirement

1. Candidate must possess at least a LCCI, Degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, or equivalent.
2. At least 2-3 years of relevant experience required for these positions.
3. Able to handle a full set of accounts is an added advantage.
4. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
5. Able to communicate in Mandarin / Cantonese – Dealing with China & Taiwan Clients.
6. Willing to stay back during peak season.

Remuneration Package

1. Basic RM 4,000.00 - RM 5,500.00 (negotiable)
2. 5 days’ work/week
3. Mon – Fri (9.00am – 5:30pm)
