ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing full sets of accounts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to the overall financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain and finalize full sets of accounts
• Perform monthly financial reporting
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
• Assist in tax preparation and liaise with auditors and tax authorities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Handle general ledger entries and ensure accurate financial data
• Support the finance team with forecasting and budgeting activities
• Monitor cash flow and prepare financial projections
• Communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field
2. At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
3. Proficiency in accounting software (Autocount or other relevant software)
4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
6. High level of attention to detail and accuracy
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
