About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account cum HR Executive to join the Swasti family. This role offers flexibility to work remotely, with only occasional office visits when required. The ideal candidate will be:

What you'll be doing

• Knowledgeable and experienced in managing full set accounts.
• Proficient in tax-saving strategies to maximize company resources.
• Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
• Preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
• Assisting with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Providing HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and HR regulations.
• Collaborating with the management team to improve financial and HR processes.
• A team player who aligns with our mission to grow together as a family.
• Assisting in planning and implementing financial strategies to support company growth.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in accounting and HR, with strong knowledge of full set accounts.
• Familiarity with Malaysian tax laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and HR management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
