Responsibilities:

• Handle Account's duties such as Account Receivable, Account Payable and others.
• Follow up on, collect and allocate payments.
• Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Generate aging analysis.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.

Credit Control Job Scopes:

• Perform credit control activities.
• Proceed order approval for goods delivery based on customers' credit.
• Analyze and assess customer accounts.
• Proactively liaise with sales team to resolve matters.
• Identify potential credit risks & create awareness to sales team and management with proposals.
• Prepare reminder letters on overdue accounts and propose to management.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of customer documents.
• New customer application screening and evaluation.
• Credit limit review and appraisal for existing customers.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years working experience will be an advantage.
• Required language(s): English and Malay.
• Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred as they are required to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Must be able to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
• Good computer literacy and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
