We are seeking qualified candidates for multiple positions in Audit or Accounts. The role entails providing support for accounting, payroll processing or external audit engagements, primarily assigned from Singapore.
For senior positions, responsibilities may include reviewing the work of junior team members, offering guidance, leading the team, and assisting in the auditing or accounting process.
JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Auditing Position
- To deliver quality external auditing services to clients;
- To plan engagements and audit strategies;
- To comply with local accounting and auditing standards;
- To provide independent verification of clients' compliance with accounting principles;
- To develop and maintain long-term client relationships;
- To possess the flexibility to cope with very diversified assignments, as well as to handle multiple audit assignments;
- To perform ad hoc duties as requested.
Accounting Position
- To prepare monthly accounts & associated reports;
- To process monthly payroll, prepare payroll summary reports and payslips;
- To comply with required accounting and auditing standards, as well as the Employment Act for payroll processing;
- To provide independent verification of clients' compliance with accounting principles;
- To develop and maintain long-term client relationships;
- To possess the flexibility to cope with very diversified assignments, as well as to handle multiple audit assignments;
- To perform ad hoc duties as requested.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification;
- Fresh Graduate (Junior) / At least 2 years of working experience in the audit industry (Senior);
- Good communication, planning and organizational skills;
- Able to write and speak clearly in English;
- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients;
- Good understanding of Singapore Reporting Standards would be an added advantage;
- Work independently, well team player and able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
- Travelling may be required depending on the assignments;
- Experienced candidates are welcomed to apply for higher positions.
