Job Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: You will enter financial transactions into the accounting system with accuracy.
  • Invoice Processing: You will handle the processing of invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Bank Reconciliation: You will assist in reconciling bank statements with company records.
  • Financial Reporting: You will help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Data Analysis: You will analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
  • Compliance Monitoring: You will ensure that financial records comply with local regulations and company policies.
  • Audit Support: You will assist in preparing documents and reports for internal and external audits.
  • Client Communication: You will collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial information.
  • Issue Resolution: You will help resolve any accounting-related issues that arise with clients.
  • Administrative Tasks: You will maintain organized financial records and assist with general accounting tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
  • Attention to Detail: You must have a strong focus on accuracy in your work.
  • Communication Skills: You should possess good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork: You should be able to work well within a team environment.
  • Time Management: You need to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software is an advantage.
