Job description
  1. Prepare, compile and record clients' assets, liabilities, incomes and expenses account entries according to verified documents.
  2. Review account entries and analyse financial information.
  3. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
  4. Secure financial information by completing database backups.
  5. Update and finalise clients' management/financial accounts.
  6. Update clients on all relevant submissions before due dates such as audit, tax submission, SST submission, etc.
  7. Plan schedule and timetable to complete tasks assigned and to meet all submission deadlines.
