ACCOUNT ASSISTANT / SUPERVISOR / OFFICER

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Assistant / Supervisor / Officer to join our team at Ten Ten Retail Group Sdn Bhd in Kuantan, Pahang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and financial support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports
• Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports
• Provide support to the finance team and collaborate with other departments as needed
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures

What We're Looking For

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the retail industry
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Proactive and adaptable, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
