Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Assistant / Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Preferable to have at least 2 years and above working experience in a related field.
  • Possesses LCCI Level 3 Certification.
  • Education background in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates with LCCI Level 3 certificates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Auto-count accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in writing and speaking in English.
  • Multilingualism is preferred.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Reconcile financial statements and transactions.
  • Assists and supports budgeting and financial reporting activities.
  • Assists and supports during the audit and tax filing process.
  • Assists with general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Monitor Debtor Accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system for financial and administrative documents.
