Job description
  • Handling communications with clients via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Preparing statutory accounts.
  • Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
  • Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers, and journals.
  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
  • Assisting in handling account filing, utilities arrangement, and bookkeeping practice in Accounting Software system.

Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies / Administration/ Management or equivalent.
- No related experience required.
- Motivated and willing to learn.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
- Possess basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office.
