Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Providing support to the Accounting Department
  2. Assist in handling of full sets of Account Payable/ Receivable/ General Ledger
  3. Maintaining inventory levels by monitoring stock levels and tracking usage
  4. Ensure proper & accuracy of accounting records & filing and other general duties
  5. Support month-end and year-end close processes
  6. Take responsibility and accountability for daily tasks (as delegated to you by your Manager)
  7. Liaise and follow up with branches and various departments on accounts receivable matters
  8. Handle day-to-day administrative and operational activities and any ad-hoc duties as needed
  9. Provide support to team members and associates to ensure all goals are attained on time
  10. Attend all relevant training

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/ STPM/ Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Accountancy or Professional Qualification
  2. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  3. Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision
  4. Full of work enthusiasm and teamwork awareness
