About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our team at CHONG YIN KIM TRADING SDN BHD in Serian, Sarawak. This full-time position will be responsible for providing essential accounting and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our financial operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
  • Maintaining and reconciling financial records and accounts
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Performing data entry and general office administration tasks
  • Providing support to the accounting team as required

What we're looking for

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in accounting or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
