Job description
Job Responsibility

  • Performs account AR & administration duties.
  • Complete and maintains reports and records as assigned.
  • Daily enter key data of financial transactions in the database.
  • Prepare invoicing and quotations.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and data integrity of all financial data.
  • Undertakes any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / Diploma / Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field for the position.
  • Required Skills: MS Office / PDF / Email.
  • Knowledge in SQL accounting will be an advantage.
  • Good multi-tasking skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance and administration or equivalent.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision and/or tight deadlines while multitasking.
