Account Assistant

• Enter suppliers’ invoice into accounting system.
• Prepare payment voucher, CN, DN, JV, cheques, IBG, ECP and upload payment to bank system.
• Prepare aging list for creditors’ account settlement.
• Prepare and file statement, delivery order and invoice.
• Verify statement from supplier with internal generated statement.
• Compile all AP monthly reports such as ageing, invoice list, payment list, CN list and DN list.
• Assist superior in performing costing process.
• Handle all transactions in relation to manufacturing account, profit and loss account, balance sheet.
• Prepare journal for any adjustment to financial statement.
• Support finance department to prepare documents whenever necessary.
• Support costing department to analyze variance.
• Handle all transactions related to SST submission mostly AP side.
• Any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
