At Axvil Solutions Sdn Bhd, we’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Assistant to support our growing team. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the hands-on approach of accounting tasks, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting activities, including A/P, A/R, and GL postings.
• Help with month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring accurate ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports and assist in the analysis of financial data.
• Support the preparation and submission of Sales and Service Tax and Withholding Tax returns.
• Process payments and maintain adherence to accounting standards and statutory regulations.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties to ensure compliance.
• Provide support to clients' offices when needed.

What You Bring:

• A diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (experience with accounting software is a bonus).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Mandarin language proficiency is an advantage.
