Job description
Job Responsibility
Handle the company's full set of accounting tasks.
Set up accounting books and accounts.
Perform daily accounting tasks.
File and pay taxes on time.
Communicate with tax officers.
Stay updated on tax laws and regulations.
Prepare and review accounting vouchers.
Record detailed and general ledgers.
Reconcile and clear internal and external payments.
Monitor cashier management of bank deposits.
Reconcile bank deposit journals.
Clear unmatched items.
Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
Prepare financial reports and internal management reports.
Collect, organize, summarize, and settle sales data.
Create monthly sales reports.
Job Requirements
Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
Graduated with a Certificate/Diploma or above in accounting, finance, or related field.
Accounting work experience.
Knowledge of management processes and statistical reports is preferred.
Proficient in handling full-set accounting and tax tasks.
Skilled in using EXCEL and other office software.
Good communication and logical thinking skills.
Friendly and eager to learn.
Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism with good work ethics.
