Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Handle the company's full set of accounting tasks.
  • Set up accounting books and accounts.
  • Perform daily accounting tasks.
  • File and pay taxes on time.
  • Communicate with tax officers.
  • Stay updated on tax laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and review accounting vouchers.
  • Record detailed and general ledgers.
  • Reconcile and clear internal and external payments.
  • Monitor cashier management of bank deposits.
  • Reconcile bank deposit journals.
  • Clear unmatched items.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
  • Prepare financial reports and internal management reports.
  • Collect, organize, summarize, and settle sales data.
  • Create monthly sales reports.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
  • Graduated with a Certificate/Diploma or above in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Accounting work experience.
  • Knowledge of management processes and statistical reports is preferred.
  • Proficient in handling full-set accounting and tax tasks.
  • Skilled in using EXCEL and other office software.
  • Good communication and logical thinking skills.
  • Friendly and eager to learn.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism with good work ethics.
