Account Assistant

We are looking for an Account Assistant who has experience in Autocount software, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of prior experience in a similar setting.

Required skills/Abilities:

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and AutoCount software.
• Basic Accounting knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines and expectations with minimal supervision.
• Display a positive attitude and professional demeanor with staff, vendors, and clients.
• Preferably able to work immediately.

Location: Puchong Jaya

Job Description:

• Handle account activities mainly focused on Account Payables OR Payroll.
• Tracking and recording account transactions, updating account records.
• Handle bank activities such as online banking, remittance, and overseas transactions.
• Assist to handle any application/tender form related to financial matters.
• Handle payment of utilities, installments, and expenses.
• Ensure proper document filing.
• Perform any ad hoc duties deemed appropriate by the Management Team.
• Assist Account Superior to prepare reports, do accounts related filing and clerical works.
