Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Assistant located in Muar. The Account Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, including handling petty cash, implementing credit control measures, and supporting general accounting activities. Additional tasks include assisting in the maintenance of financial records, processing invoices, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles
• Excellent Communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
