Job description

Oversee daily accounting operations, including data entry for the accounts system.

Accurately document financial transactions by entering relevant account details.

Facilitate payment preparation by verifying documentation and requesting necessary disbursements.

Perform administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, answering calls, and processing mail.

Process financial transactions and update ledgers accordingly.

Manage email correspondence related to payments, invoices, and other accounting matters.

Provide assistance and support to the account manager.

Ensure proper organization and filing of accounting records and documents.

Assist with various administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirement:

Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounting assistant role.

Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
