Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Assistant at CHEN LING in Kuching. The Account Assistant will be responsible for credit control, handling petty cash, financial tasks, communication with stakeholders, and basic accounting duties.

Qualifications

1. Credit Control and Finance skills
2. Fluent in conversational speaking of Mandarin, English, and Malay
3. Experience in handling Petty Cash
4. Strong communication skills
5. Possess sound knowledge and skill in accounting software, ie. Avelsoft; CSS or UBS;
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
7. Self-motivated, systematic, independent and result-oriented person;
8. Organizational skills
9. Ability to work effectively in a team
10. Relevant certification or diploma in Accounting or Finance
