Job description
Job Responsibilities:
Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the account department
Preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
Daily data entries of financial transactions in SQL Account Systems
Handle accounts receivable, payable & General Ledger transactions
Ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively
Able to work independently
Good telephone demeanor
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Must possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
1 year working experience in related field;
