Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the account department
  • Preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
  • Daily data entries of financial transactions in SQL Account Systems
  • Handle accounts receivable, payable & General Ledger transactions
  • Ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively
  • Able to work independently
  • Good telephone demeanor
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Must possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
  • 1 year working experience in related field;
  • Related working experience in relation to the above posts;
