A start-up shared service center supporting a group of companies in SG that is a strong player in its industry and has a global presence. They are looking to bring on board an excellent Account Assistant to support their team in KL Eco City.
Job Description:
Update collection and payment ledgers on a daily basis.
Update Bank Reconciliation on a daily basis.
Issue Sales Invoices and Official Receipts on a daily basis.
Assist in month-end closing.
Assist in Annual Audit, i.e., update of audit schedules.
Assist in GST submission and Annual Tax submission.
Other Ad Hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements to Succeed:
Min Diploma in Accounting / LCCI or equivalent.
Candidate with a growth mindset and eager to learn new skill sets.
Must be self-motivating, capable of working independently, and have initiative.
Possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people from different levels.
Prefer experience in Construction, Services, FMCG, High Technology R&D, manufacturing, and Trading.
Experience with SAP/Dynamics NAV will be an advantage.
Candidate must be able to travel to Singapore for training, meetings, and presentations.
