Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for on-time processing of all billing and settlement requests.
  2. Perform invoicing duties.
  3. Provide good quality customer service to internal customers from invoice issuance to settlement status.
  4. Filling PO, DO, SO, invoice, Bank in slip and SOA in an organizing manner for easy reference.
  5. Attend to customer calls and administration work.
  6. Support all customer order management related requirements.
  7. Manage orders proactively and accurately.
  8. Prepare cash sale, invoice to walk-in customers. Handle daily cash collection from cash sales (cash, credit card payment).
  9. Process sales orders from existing customers & from salesmen.
  10. Maintain a systematic filing system and administration records.
  11. Basic paperwork – invoicing, data entry/data record, filing, etc.
  12. Handle incoming customer phone calls.
  13. Follow up on customer overdue payments.
  14. Perform general paperwork and administrative duties.
  15. Help Account Executive to hand over the claim payment to employees (Daily).
  16. Perform ad-hoc tasks.

Min Qualification:

Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
