Account Assistant
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for on-time processing of all billing and settlement requests.
- Perform invoicing duties.
- Provide good quality customer service to internal customers from invoice issuance to settlement status.
- Filling PO, DO, SO, invoice, Bank in slip and SOA in an organizing manner for easy reference.
- Attend to customer calls and administration work.
- Support all customer order management related requirements.
- Manage orders proactively and accurately.
- Prepare cash sale, invoice to walk-in customers. Handle daily cash collection from cash sales (cash, credit card payment).
- Process sales orders from existing customers & from salesmen.
- Maintain a systematic filing system and administration records.
- Basic paperwork – invoicing, data entry/data record, filing, etc.
- Handle incoming customer phone calls.
- Follow up on customer overdue payments.
- Perform general paperwork and administrative duties.
- Help Account Executive to hand over the claim payment to employees (Daily).
- Perform ad-hoc tasks.

Min Qualification:
Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
