Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Handle full set of accounts and cash flow management
  2. Manage accounts receivables and payables
  3. Correspond with suppliers and authorities/3rd parties
  4. Ensure timely closing of monthly accounts
  5. Prepare full set of accounts for timely GST submission
  6. File, keep records, and assure accurate document filing
  7. Perform general office administration tasks
  8. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
  9. Handle related companies transactions and ensure reconciling items are followed up properly
  10. Prepare, analyze, and report financial results
  11. Ensure accounting records & systems comply with company policies, approved accounting standards, and statutory requirements

Job Requirements

  1. Fresh graduate with a diploma or degree in Accounting
  2. At least 2 years of related experience is an advantage
  3. Able to handle a full set of accounts
  4. Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
  5. Self-motivated
  6. Good interpersonal & communication skills
