Job description
Job Responsibility
Handle full set of accounts and cash flow management
Manage accounts receivables and payables
Correspond with suppliers and authorities/3rd parties
Ensure timely closing of monthly accounts
Prepare full set of accounts for timely GST submission
File, keep records, and assure accurate document filing
Perform general office administration tasks
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
Handle related companies transactions and ensure reconciling items are followed up properly
Prepare, analyze, and report financial results
Ensure accounting records & systems comply with company policies, approved accounting standards, and statutory requirements
Job Requirements
Fresh graduate with a diploma or degree in Accounting
At least 2 years of related experience is an advantage
Able to handle a full set of accounts
Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
Self-motivated
Good interpersonal & communication skills
