Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in managing revenues received and dispersed including accounts receivable, accounts payable, audit, General Ledger reporting.
  2. Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  3. Perform rotating monthly audits of inventories and enter final inventory totals into spreadsheets.
  4. Process authorized purchase requests as needed.
  5. Maintain accounting databases by entering data into the accounting program.
  6. Ensure correct taxation is applied on all billing software like Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), and SPA software.
  7. Review the postings, payments, revenue, and guest balance reports on a daily basis.
  8. Complete any other job-related duties as assigned by the Financial Controller.
