Account and Finance Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage cash flow management and responsible for banking facilities and account receivable.
• Assist in annual budget preparation, including monitor and control budget.
• Review and verify staff claims and management expenses.
• Responsible for preparation of purchase journal and issue sale invoices.
• Prepare and submission for SST before deadline.
• Fill in and submit labour salary report (figure) to HR every month end.
• Review sales contract, hostel rental contract, etc.
• Liaise with Headquarter and subsidiary for inter-company transactions.
• Liaise with the Headquarter relevant department, external auditors, tax agents, banker, and other relevant authorities on their respective matters.
• Perform any other job assigned from the superior from time to time when required.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Familiar with Accounting Principles, Malaysia Income Tax, SST, etc.
