About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Account and Admin Assistant to join our team at Hugo Tax & Management Services PLT based in Ayer Keroh, Melaka. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting operations and administrative functions, contributing to the overall success of our firm.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Performing data entry, maintaining accurate records and reconciling bank statement in our accounting systems
  • Handling administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and responding to client inquiries
  • Supporting the team with various projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed

What we're looking for

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in accounting or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client service
  • Preference will be given to candidates who can join the team within a one to two month timeframe.
