About the role
Are you an experienced Account & Admin Assistant looking for an exciting new opportunity with a dynamic, growing company? Oracle Contract Sdn Bhd is seeking a full-time Account & Admin Assistant to join our team in Puchong, Selangor. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing accounting and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our finance and sales department.
NOTE: Saturdays are a HALF WORKING DAY and the work location would be at Taman Perindustrian Puchong Utama. Please don't apply if this is not acceptable.
What you'll be doing
- Maintaining accurate financial records and processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconciling bank statements and petty cash records
- Preparing monthly financial reports and presenting them to management
- Assisting with the preparation of tax returns and other government filings
- Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing, and responding to inquiries
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations
What we're looking for
- Experience as an Accounts Officer and Administrator
- Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
