Academic Curriculum and Content Developer

Salary: Rp5.000.000,00/bln - Rp8.000.000,00/bln

Responsibilities:

• Research and compile past exam papers and relevant academic materials.
• Develop comprehension and practice questions based on past papers and academic sources.
• Create structured lesson plans aligned with the English books already developed.
• Ensure that the materials adhere to academic and pedagogical standards.
• Collaborate with the curriculum manager to refine and improve lesson content.
• Conduct quality checks and proofread materials for accuracy and clarity.
• Deliver occasional product training sessions for educators and instructors.
• Conduct webinars and online workshops to introduce or explain academic content.
• Present key educational concepts and materials to internal teams or external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
• Proficient in English (CEFR C1 or C2).
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills to study past papers and extract patterns.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experience in curriculum development, educational content writing, or academic research.
